Adding The Crowd to a Laud Crowd

Contributors can be added to a Laud Crowd manually by the creator or through suggestions by existing contributors.

Steps to Add The Crowd

For the Card Creator

1. Navigate to the The Crowd step while creating the card.
2. Enter the email addresses of the contributors.
   • Separate multiple emails using semicolons (;) or newlines.
3. Click Add to confirm.
4. The added contributors will appear in the list below the input field.
5. Proceed to the next step or send invites immediately.

For Existing Contributors (If Suggestion is Allowed)

1. Open the Laud Crowd.
2. Click Suggest The Crowd.
3. Enter the email of the suggested contributor.
4. The card creator will receive a notification to approve or reject the suggestion.

Managing The Crowd

• Remove contributors: The card creator can remove contributors before the card is published.
• Edit contributor list: Before publishing, the card creator can modify the contributor list.
• Contributors do not need an account to add messages but can register for more features.

Sending Invites

1. After adding the crowd, navigate to the final step in the card setup.
2. Click Send Invites to notify contributors via email.
3. Contributors will receive an email with a link to add their message.
