What is Publish Timing?
Publish Timing allows users to control when a Laud Crowd is sent to the recipient. The sender can choose to send the card immediately or schedule it for a later time.
How to Set Publish Timing
- During the Laud Creation process, navigate to the Options step.
- Locate the Publish section.
- Select a Date & Time for the card to be published.
- The selected time follows the recipient’s time zone (displayed on the screen).
Publish Timing Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Immediate Publish | The card is sent to the recipient as soon as it is finalized. |
| Scheduled Publish | The card will be automatically sent at the selected date and time. |
Editing Publish Timing
- Users can change the scheduled publish date before the card is finalized.
- If needed, the card can be manually published earlier than the scheduled time.
Finalizing the Publish
- Once the card is published, contributors can no longer make changes.
- The recipient receives an email notification with a link to the card.
- If the card is not published within 14 days (for Free users), it expires automatically.
Note: Premium users have no expiration limits on their cards.
