Monitoring the Progress of a Laud Crowd
Once a Laud Crowd has been created, you can track its progress and see who has contributed.
Progress Stages
A Laud Crowd goes through the following stages:
- Draft - The card is created, but invites have not been sent.
- Invites Sent - Contributors have been invited to add messages.
- Contributions in Progress - Contributors are actively adding messages.
- Ready to Publish - All contributions are complete, and the card is ready to be sent.
- Published - The card has been sent to the receiver.
How to Track Progress
You can monitor the progress of a Laud Crowd directly from the Home page. Each card has progress indicators displayed as icons on the right side.
Progress Icons & Their Meaning

) Menu: Click to access more options, including:- View Laud
- Edit Laud
- Edit Contributors
- Edit Tribute
- Download (Premium only)
- Delete Card
- Message Icon: Allows you to add a message to the card.
- Contributor Count Icon: Displays the number of contributors who have added messages.
- Time Remaining Icon: Shows the time left before the card is automatically published.
Receiver’s Options for Published Cards
Once a Laud has been published, the receiver has several options for managing it:
- Download the Card: The recipient can download the Laud in different formats, including:
- SVG (Premium only)
- Set View Privacy Settings: The receiver can adjust who is allowed to view the card.
- Edit Options: While contributors can no longer edit their messages after publishing, the receiver may manage viewing permissions.
